Simpana Archive Software Alleviates Email Pain while Search Reduces eDiscovery Concerns

  • - According to Freeman Health System, Simpana software’s archiving capabilities meet the Freeman Compliance Department’s email retention requirements without requiring Freeman to purchase any additional hardware. Freeman now archives messages that can be content indexed, searched and retrieved quickly and efficiently from across roughly 1,500 Microsoft Outlook mailboxes belonging to hospital employees, physicians, and physicians offices.
