Shane Sanders is a transformational and strategic finance executive. Since 2000, Mr. Sanders has driven numerous enterprise initiatives and counseled executives and directors on critical matters including value creation, capital allocation, and enterprise risk management and compliance. In addition to Commvault, Mr. Sanders is an independent public board director and audit committee member for Danaher Corporation. He also serves on the Council for Economic Education and the Executive Advisory board for the Meinder School of Business at Oklahoma City University. Mr. Sanders earned his Master of Business Administration from Rockhurst University and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Oklahoma City University.
