Biography

Professional Background:

David Morton has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (“EVP and CFO”) of Intapp, Inc., a provider of AI-powered vertical SaaS solutions for professional and financial services firms, since 2023. From 2021 to 2023, Mr. Morton served as EVP and CFO of DigiCert, Inc., a cybersecurity company. From 2018 to 2021, Mr. Morton served as EVP and CFO of Anaplan, Inc., a SaaS-based enterprise planning platform company. Prior to these roles, Mr. Morton spent over two decades at Seagate Technology plc, where he held senior finance and operational leadership roles, ultimately serving as EVP and CFO from 2015 to 2018.

Qualifications:

Mr. Morton holds a BS in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate and Law from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Mr. Morton brings over 30 years of financial and operational leadership experience across public and private technology companies spanning Cloud SaaS, cybersecurity, and data infrastructure. His experience guiding public company governance, combined with his expertise in capital allocation and enterprise risk management, provides the Board with valuable financial and strategic oversight. His broad exposure to technology business models and markets adjacent to the Company’s core positioning makes him well qualified to contribute to the Board’s deliberations.
